Villa Delapan

Overview

Villa Delapan is a study in restraint — clean lines, glass walls, and a palette drawn from the surrounding landscape. A contemporary counterpoint to the ornate Balinese tradition.

Designed by a Jakarta-based architect, Villa Delapan is the most architecturally rigorous property in our collection. Concrete, glass, and teak are the only materials. The palette is drawn entirely from the landscape — grey stone, dark wood, deep green. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls dissolve the boundary between inside and outside. The pool is a black-tiled rectangle that reflects the sky.
